Clarcon Has an AI Date with Ireland's Greatest Eventing Mare

It is not often that a 4* eventing mare is brought to a mare inspection, but last week Ireland's greatest eventing mare was brought to the WSI inspection in Millstreet by her breeder/owner PJ Hegarty.

This outstanding mare was named a Premium Approved Mare; only two percent (2%) of inspected mares receive the "premium" predicate. Fenya's Elegance also was awarded the International Sport (Eventing) predicate for her great success in international eventing.

IWNS Chairman Paschal McCarthy awarded breeder/owner PJ Hegarty a free service to Clarcon for Fenya's Elegance (Ricardo Z - Kenya xx x Good Thyne xx) in recognition of her service for Ireland and her superior athleticism, movement, and conformation.

If her foal is a colt the Irish Warmblood National Stud certainly will be interested in talking to PJ about purchasing him under our Stallion Prospect Acquisition Program.
